Pastry Professional Needed for the San Jose/San Francisco Bay area!
The Head Baker/Pastry Chef will be responsible for:
- leading and developing a team,
- managing food and labor goals,
- creating weekly schedules
- production of our specialty and custom cakes, cupcakes, bars and cookies.
Looking for a Head Baker/Pastry Chef with:
3-5 years of management experience with a minimum of two years of professional kitchen experience and a culinary degree. This is a high production environment that will give you the opportunity to be intimately involved in running and building the organization, connecting, building lasting relationships and having FUN! Cake decorating skills a plus.
The Head Baker/Pastry Chef will in return get:
