We need a proven leader in the kitchen who display an equal measure of cooking skills, organizational ability, and leadership traits. Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • Culinary excellence
  • Able to lead a kitchen team and develop the staff
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to control costs
  • Build business through operational excellence and great food

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
  • Drives profitability through P&L control
  • Builds culinary talent through hiring an mentoring the right candidates
  • Drives sales through great guest experiences
  • 3+ years as a salaried kitchen manager
  • Full-service, scratch kitchen with at least $3.5 million in annual sales
