A HIGH VOLUME scratch kitchen restaurant in BatonRouge is looking for a reliable and detail oriented kitchen manager.

The successful candidate will have culinary and management background as they will also be trained in front of the house. We re looking for a motivated individual that has the desire to grow within an organization. Fantastic quality of life and awesome growth potential.

The successful candidate must be able to lead in the back of the house, rallying team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done. Keeping your eyes on a lot of elements: such as food standards, ordering, scheduling, cost management, inventory, safety, etc. As well as being trained up front.
