Sara Cauvin has built a career in the hospitality industry, and at the core of her drive is the desire to help teach, train, and equip others to find success. As a hospitality professional with over 15 years in operations from fast food all the way up to fine dining concept, she takes pride in her operational knowledge—from everything to new restaurant openings to extensive wine labels.
Sara proudly joined the Goodwin team in 2021. Over her career, she has established professional skills and peer relationships that make her a uniquely qualified fit within the recruiting sphere.
Sara has previously lived and worked in Nashville, TN, Long Island, NY, and Cork, Ireland! Although she has returned to Cincinnati, she is always looking to travel and explore new cities.
Outside of her professional life, Sara enjoys traveling as much as possible—the more exotic, the better. On a day-to-day basis, Sara is often found at home with her partner, reading a book, drinking a good bourbon or wine, or enjoying time outside hiking and camping.
