Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day to day operations for an upscale restaurant kitchen.
  • Staff hiring, scheduling and monitoring staff productivity
  • Ensure food is of excellent quality and preparation.
  • Proper food handling and food safety.
  • Creating specials and private party menus.

Executive Sous Chef Requirements
  • Outgoing personality type chef to interact with guests.
  • Good understanding of international cuisines.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Formal training a plus but not mandatory.
  • Min 2-4 years of upscale kitchen management experience
