- Responsible for day to day operations for an upscale restaurant kitchen.
- Staff hiring, scheduling, and monitoring staff productivity.
- Ensure food is of excellent quality and preparation.
- Proper food handling and food safety.
- Creating specials and private party menus.
Executive Sous Chef Requirements:
- Outgoing personality type chef to interact with guests.
- Good understanding of international cuisines.
- Good leadership skills.
- Formal training a plus but not mandatory.
- Min 2-4 years of upscale kitchen management experience
