Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:

• Staffing, scheduling, and managing the team members of the department
• Care for the hotel like you own it
• Responsible for the exceptional cleanliness of the entire hotel and exterior
• Manage inventory and implement cost-saving controls
• Manage the departmental expense and labor budget

Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Housekeeping Management Experience, or
• 3+ years as a Housekeeping leader at a larger hotel
• Seasonal experience is a strong plus
• Beachfront / New England Beachtown experience is a plus
