Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:
- Staffing, scheduling, and managing the team members of the department
- Care for the hotel like you own it
- Responsible for the exceptional cleanliness of the entire hotel and exterior
- Manage inventory and implement cost-saving controls
- Manage the departmental expense and labor budget
Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Housekeeping Management Experience, or
- 3+ years as a Housekeeping leader at a larger hotel
- Seasonal experience is a strong plus
- Beachfront / New England Beachtown experience is a plus
