Are you looking to join a team-oriented, growing company? Our client in the hospitality industry is currently seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join their team!

IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality technical service to all end users in a timely and detail oriented manner.
  • Assist in maintenance of all software licensing, configuration settings, operating systems, security updates, computer upgrades, major and minor software upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and correct hardware and software problems
  • Help create, manage, and deploy companies operating system images
  • Help monitor office network to ensure that network is in good standing and operational
  • Help support Microsoft Office 365
  • Help maintain network/server equipment and components
  • Help coordinate technical projects including telephone, wireless, audio/video setup work on IT-related projects, including reporting and documentation

IT Support Specialist Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent from a four-year college and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage experience required
  • Experience with Point of Sales systems, management, networks, and coding
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Self-motivation, creativity, and adaptability
