Kristi Preston partnered with Goodwin Recruiting in February 2021.
Kristi is one of those who fell into the restaurant industry as a career after realizing her true passion. Kristi began working in restaurants at a very young age and after graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Early Childhood Education, the restaurant industry called her back. She began with a well-respected national restaurant chain at its inception and wore many hats along the way — from project management to investor, vendor, and guest relations, and ultimately talent acquisition — her 20-year career has shaped her into a well-rounded industry professional. Kristi brings great energy and a tenacious work ethic into all she sets out to accomplish and will do what it takes to ensure a great match for both her candidates and clients.
