Here's an opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Manager to live and work in Paso Robles - the heart of Central Coast Wineries and Breweries. We are looking for a solid operator, with a culinary passion, who can lead a team to flawless execution through systems and standards. The ideal candidate might already live in the area but might also want to relocate from Northern or Southern California - away from the stress of big cities and back to a simpler life where it's possible to appreciate nature.

Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • Experience managing all back-of-the-house operations and employees with volume experience of at least $2.5M
  • High food quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
  • Kitchen employee hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing development
  • Kitchen financial management
  • Inventory control, supplies, equipment, safety, and sanitation
  • Culinary School diploma
  • A blend of independent and corporate experience is preferred
  • 5 years' of kitchen experience, 2 of which are in kitchen management
Kitchen Manager Compensation:
  • Base salary of $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience and abilities
  • Quarterly bonus
  • 100% of premiums for employee's medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 13 days per year accrued PTO
  • Accrued sick leave
  • 401(k) retirement plan including company-paid profit sharing and matching contributions
  • 8 paid holidays per year
