An opening exists for a from-scratch cooking versed culinary leader. The successful candidate possesses 3-5 years of management experience and has a knack for leading a team with great motivation. We are searching for a professional with solid cooking skills, a hands-on, work-with-the-team-in-the-trenches type attitude and a desire to be very involved with the day-to-day operations. Equally the ideal candidate is also a patient teacher and coach to their team. We are a growing restaurant group and look for a committed and passionate culinary leader that helps us grow and establish more great systems.
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
-Minimum 3-5 years of management experience.
-Motivational and coaching style leadership approach.
-Experience in full from-scratch cooking.
