Kitchen Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
2+ years experience as Kitchen Manager in a 100% scratch kitchen.
Barbecue, Southern, or Soul Food experience preferred.
Should have demonstrable volume and organized prep experience.
Available for a flexible schedule, typically Wednesday - Sunday.
Primarily responsible for the successful management of all BOH operations.
Oversees all BOH operations to ensure safety, quality, accuracy, efficiency, and profitability.
This is a hands-on position, working to oversee the execution of service, expo, catering, and all in-house and off-site events
with responsibilities to include hiring, schedules, and training, COGS, overall cleanliness, and maintenance.
