We are seeking a Kitchen Manager/Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our well established, family-owned farm to table restaurant. You will work with the Executive Chef and General Manager to:

Kitchen Manager/Head Chef Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations an insure recipe adherence
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders within budget.
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Assist in the development of menu items
  • Recruit, hire, train and retain a top-notch culinary team
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Kitchen Manager/Head Chef Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-year experience in culinary arts, cooking, in a supervisory capacity
  • Solid Tenure and Career progression
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems
  • Superior communication skills, with a passion for people development
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities and Professional image
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
