Kitchen Manager needed for Fast Casual Restaurant
We are a growing fast-casual restaurant group based in Southern California with locations in SoCal and the Bay Area. We are known for using healthy and sustainable ingredients and products. We offer grass-fed beef, vegetarian options, and salads.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control
  • P and L
  • Administration
  • Inventory and ordering
  • Staff development
  • Customer satisfaction
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • 2-3 years as a Kitchen Manager in a high-volume, branded, fast-casual or fast-paced full-service concept
  • Volume experience of at least $2.5M
  • Food and employee safety and sanitation focused and experienced
  • Flexible availability
  • Great administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Outstanding team builder / leader / teacher / coach
  • Bi-lingual English-Spanish
  • Holds team members accountable but also creates enthusiasm and has fun
Kitchen Manager Compensation:
  • $19-22/hour, averaging 47.5 hours
