A growing, full-service concept is looking for a motivated Kitchen Manager to join their ranks! The ideal candidate is passionate about great food and enjoys building a strong team.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

- Hiring all back of house staff members
- Training back of house staff members on different stations and cross-training as needed
- Executing catering and banquet sales
- Completing all necessary ordering on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are maintained at all times
- Writing back of house schedule on a weekly basis

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

- 5+ years of culinary experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a full-service restaurant
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Desire to lead a team to success
