Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • Hiring all BOH staff members
  • Training BOH staff members on different stations and cross-training as needed
  • Completing all necessary ordering on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
  • Ensuring health and safety requirements are maintained at all times
  • Writing BOH schedule on a weekly basis

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of culinary experience
  • Able to work overnight hours
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or as a General Manager
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Desire to lead a team to success
