Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • Must come from a scratch food background
  • Strong tenure - no job hopping
  • 2+ years as the head of the BOH and annual sales volume experience of $2+ million
  • Be able to build and foster a strong culture within a great team of people
  • Have P&L experience to monitor metrics for BOH
