We are an expanding company with a new restaurant opening in early 2019. We are looking for a confident, people-oriented Kitchen Manager to join our management team prior to this opening. We believe the best way to achieve success is by delegating projects and using these projects as opportunities to coach your team toward success. The Kitchen Manager will have high attention to small details without losing sight of the big picture. The right Kitchen Manager will be comfortable with a new restaurant opening and work through obstacles with a positive attitude and can make tough tasks fun.

Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and motivate others
  • Will possess an eye for detail and understand how to coach the small details that impact the guest experience
  • 1 to 2+ years experience leading a casual dining kitchen team
  • $2.5M+ in restaurant sales volume experience
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • Daily operation of the restaurant by running shifts
  • Hiring, training, and scheduling of kitchen and support staff
  • Assist General Manager and ownership with local restaurant marketing efforts
  • Ensures all guests are treated to amazing food
