Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years working in a KM or EC role within a high volume corporate kitchen
  • Experience executing annual sales volumes of 5M or above
  • Dedication to development of team
  • Attention to detail
  • A humble but confident leadership technique
  • Experience with Inventory and purchasing
  • Experience with Schedule writing and labor costs
  • In touch with new culinary and beverage trends
