Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years working as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef within a high volume corporate kitchen
  • Experience executing annual sales volumes of $5M or above
  • Dedication to development of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • A humble but, confident leadership technique
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing
  • Experience with schedule writing and labor costs
  • In touch with new culinary and beverage trends
