My client is looking for a strong Kitchen Manager as they expand again in NYC. This fast-growing casual dining concept is seeking someone with a passion for food, beverage, and great service. Must be able to lead and develop a team and work in an intense environment with multiple moving parts. This reputable company has benefits, bonus, and ability to advance internally as the company is getting ready to explode on expansion locally and in other states.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience
  • Promote a teaching and learning environment
  • P&L, food cost, and inventory management
  • Ability to partner and build relationships with management, colleagues, and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
  • Ability to motivate others to accomplish goals
  • Knowledge of food specs and execution

Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience as a Kitchen Manager
  • Proven leadership skills, strong communication, and ability to follow-through
  • Must have a background working with Pizza
  • High volume experience
