A growing fast-casual concept is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Kitchen Manager for our San Clemente location. You must have a passion for great food, customer service, and be a leader in the kitchen. Scratch kitchen experience is a must.

Restaurant Kitchen Manager requirements:
  • At least 2 years of BOH Lead experience
  • Highly organized, hands-on leader
  • Comfortable understanding of BOH operations
  • Food and labor cost control
  • Food safety
