Established restaurant group in Savannah is looking for a Kitchen Manager. We currently have 2 locations and are opening a third. We are an upbeat and fresh concept looking for high energy candidates. We are looking to hire a polished professional who is passionate about service and creating a great guest experience. We are a made-from-scratch, polished, casual concept.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit, and enhancing the guest experience
  • Promote a teaching and learning environment
  • Ability to partner and build relationships with management, colleagues, and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
  • Ability to motivate others to accomplish goals
  • Knowledge of food specs and execution

Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • 3 years minimum of experience as a Kitchen Manager
  • Proven leadership skills, strong communication, and ability to follow through
  • Open to full-service backgrounds from independent to corporate
