Very hip sushi concept is looking for a Kitchen Manager. We are a restaurant group with multiple concepts and we are growing. Sushi background is definitely preferred but not required. If you have at least 3 years experience with a corporate chain seafood concept who' s focus is high-quality fresh fish, please apply today.

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
  • Experience being a Chef/Kitchen Manager and in charge of a scratch kitchen with a primary focus on seafood
  • Ability to build and lead a strong team
  • Motivate by being hands on and leading by example

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years experience with either a sushi or fresh seafood concept
  • Vibrant take charge leader who wants to make an impact
  • Independent self-starter who is a hard-worker
