We are searching for a seasoned Back of House Kitchen Manager to join our team! The Back of House Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all kitchen functions.

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards
  • Handle and train others to clean kitchen equipment and safely prevent damages
  • Monitor business data on a weekly basis and use the data accordingly to prepare work schedules
  • Monitor COGS through daily inventory control
  • Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling BOH personnel
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
  • Understand the importance of fresh, made from scratch recipes and hand cut steaks
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions, including food prep, line cook, fry cook, and expediter with a from-scratch concept
  • Must be able to work in a standing position up to 12 hours a day
  • Must have clear communication with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests
Kitchen Manager Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary of $40-$45K based on experience
