Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Assists in achieving plan sales and profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
- Manages the entire restaurant operation during scheduled shifts in the absence of the General Manager
- Lead coach and develop all team members
- Anticipate/identify, and correct guest opportunities
- Reports to the General Manager and assists in all functions of the restaurant as needed
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Prior BOH leadership experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong Leadership skills
- Written and Oral communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multi-task while running daily shifts
- Basic problem-solving and computer skills required
