Kitchen Manager for Upper Casual Dining Concept

This is a very hands-on position where you will be responsible for executing the Company's vision while directing, motivating, and leading your team to excellent results.
Restaurant Kitchen Manager:
- 2+ years of Restaurant Executive Kitchen Manager experience, with no more than 2 Jobs in the Last 5 years
- Experience in Fine Dining or Polished Casual a plus
- Must be passionate about food and want to contribute to the creative process
- Must have experience cutting fish and beef
- Must be fanatical about cleanliness and food safety
- Must be highly organized and communicate well up and down the chain of command
- Prefer someone Bilingual
