Restaurant Executive Kitchen Manager JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a very hands-on position where you will be responsible for executing the Company's vision while directing, motivating, and leading your team to excellent results.

Restaurant Kitchen Manager:
  • 2+ years of Restaurant Executive Kitchen Manager experience, with no more than 2 Jobs in the Last 5 years
  • Experience in Fine Dining or Polished Casual a plus
  • Must be passionate about food and want to contribute to the creative process
  • Must have experience cutting fish and beef
  • Must be fanatical about cleanliness and food safety
  • Must be highly organized and communicate well up and down the chain of command
  • Prefer someone Bilingual
