Kitchen Manager Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Hire, Train and Coach all kitchen team members
  • Manage inventory cost control and recipe adherence
  • 50-55 hour work week - more during new store openings
  • Maintain high food quality and cleanliness standard in a kitchen where all items are prepared in view of our guests
  • Enjoys interacting with guests
  • Motivate teams through high volume
  • Progressive restaurant experience
  • Polished, professional, command presence
