Kitchen Manager: Production Chef
Naples, FL 34110
We are now searching for someone to manage our production kitchen! You will prepare ready-to-eat meals for 5 locations and be responsible for a staff of 7 and report to the Director of Operations and Corporate Chef.
Experience should be in an operation similar to one below:
- Large production kitchen experience
- High-volume banquet or hotel operation with service to multiple outlets needs
- Brand with strong volume using a centralized commissary kitchen
