Lodging Facilities Manager Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in maintenance management over at least 20 independent units - residential, vacation rental, lodge, or inn
- Experience managing a team of maintenance and housekeeping of at least 5 employees
- Responsible for controlling on-site department costs
- An opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a type of lodging that takes advantage of current recreational and housing trends
- Salary of $40,000, subject to experience
- Bonus that can grow from 10% the first year to 30% after 4 years, depending on business profitability
- Stock equity over time

- On-site housing available, in exchange for being on call at night
