A growing company, with a new and trendy idea for lodging, needs a Facilities Manager with property maintenance experience. Your main job will be to maintain the property from top to bottom, including helping to oversee the housekeeping staff.

Lodging Facilities Manager Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience as in maintenance management over at least 20 units - residential, vacation rental, lodge, or inn
  • Experience managing a team of maintenance and housekeeping of at least 5 employees
  • Experience working in a mountain setting that gets some snow (13" on average per year), plus an average of 280 days of sunshine
  • Responsible for controlling on-site department costs
