Director of Recreation Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Resort, Leisure, or Recreation leadership
• 2+ years experience in luxury accommodations
• First Aid/CPR certifications
• Experience in resorts and multi-unit operations

Director of Recreation Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Beach and Pool operations
• Challenge and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service
• Elevate offerings through sales and marketing programs
• P&L acumen for budgets, inventory, and scheduling

Director of Recreation Benefits:
