Job Description

This position is onsite, it is NOT hybrid or remote.
You see sales as an art; you plan the hunt, you craft the capture, you design the experience.

You network well with local and national business leaders.
You maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients.
You create strong, respectful relationships with your fellow sales team members as well as operational leaders.
Luxury Hotel Group Sales Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Group sales for a Luxury Hotel in Minneapolis
- Experience with Delphi, Salespro, and Opera highly preferred
- Positive and upbeat, magnetic and hospitable personality
- Experience with converting inbound leads AND hunting new clients
- Experience with client relationship management
- Experience working as a CSM or in Operations a huge PLUS
Luxury Hotel Group Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Reach out to previous clients and re-establish a strong relationship
- Hunt for new clients in a smart and productive manner
- Field inbound leads with a professional demeanor and wise business acumen
- Meet with clients to craft and create the guest experience, anticipating guest needs and challenges
- Work with the CSM and operations team to craft the experience beyond guest expectations
- Maintain relationships with clients
