Job Description

National level defense research and development organization is seeking to add a Machine Learning/AI Engineer to their expanding team. This role will be vital to the next generation of applications in radar, communications, and EW through machine learning and algorithm development.

Machine Learning/AI Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Advanced application development for detection, estimation, and classification techniques
  • Complete performance and concept trade studies
  • Use high-fidelity simulations written in C/C++ and MATLAB to test sensor models and signal processing algorithms
  • Optimize radar, radio, and EW architectures through advanced RF and processing technologies by developing signal processing algorithms, waveforms, techniques

Machine Learning/AI Engineer Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience
  • BS in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics (or related fields)
  • Experience with probability theory, machine learning, digital signal, and stochastic processing
  • Algorithm prototype and development
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages (MATLAB, Python, Simulink, C/C++)
  • Active Secret Clearance preferred

Machine Learning/AI Engineer Desired Knowledge:
  • EW systems
  • Machine learning algorithms (Kalman filtering, CNN, Random Forest, etc.)
  • Radar signal processing, radar, waveforms

Machine Learning/AI Engineer Benefits:
