Job Description


We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a new, multi-family property in Streetsboro, OH. The position includes a 2-bedroom apartment on-site at the property.




JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Partner with the Property Management team to build and foster a community that residents are proud of.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to service calls and requests by tenants.
  • Work with the Property Manager to provide technical and project direction on budgeting, service prioritization, and future planning initiatives for the property.
  • Schedule third-party contractors and vendors, overseeing their work quality, and timeliness, ensuring the highest levels of safety at all times.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Multifamily/Apartment experience
  • EPA certification & HVAC repairs experience
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and interior/exterior aesthetic maintenance & repairs
  • Able to perform on-call as needed

*This position is paid $22 hourly, 40 hours per week ($45, 760 annually) plus overtime pay ($33) for any work done on-call for the tenants. Depending on the amount of overtime worked, this position should yield $50, 000 - $60, 000 annually, plus full benefits and free housing.
