Landmark restaurant looking for the next great leader! We are looking for a smart and flexible, stalwart and comprehensive manager that knows the people, loves the food, and ensures consistency meticulously.
Modern Mexican Cuisine Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a KM in a High-Volume setting
- A strong mix of corporate and independent experience is preferred
- Excellent food knowledge and scratch cooking abilities
- Strong financial abilities in managing COGs and labor
- Passion for food and strong desire to contribute to the menu and recipe development
- Desire to grow and develop with a strong restaurant group
- Native or Fluent Spanish speaking strongly preferred
Modern Mexican Cuisine Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen team members including scheduling, training, and managing
- Ensure the best food possible, consistency with to-gos, and overall kitchen operation
- Order all products, write prep lists, and create specials
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness to the highest standard, act as PIC during inspections
