Must have wine knowledge and can pair wine with food. Must have analytical skills and P&L knowledge. Looking for multi-unit experienced Chef who can check all the boxes. Multi-Unit Chef Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities within a scratch kitchen for multi-units
  • Knows how to assemble and lead a team
  • Experience with menu development and cost
  • Understand how to train and develop a staff
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet kitchen needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Multi-Unit Chef Qualifications:

  • Culinary Degree
  • 5 years experience in upscale concepts
  • Strong leadership qualities to oversee multi kitchens
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong tenure with previous positions

  • James has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio and a Master’s Degree in History from American Public University in Washington, DC.  
  • His Ohio roots remain strong, and he is a huge Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland sports teams fan. He especially enjoys his beloved Cleveland Browns!   
  • James has lived with his wife, Eileen, and dog, Buckeye, in Sag Harbor, NY for 15 years.
