An upscale bakery concept is in need of a Pastry Chef to manage the commissary kitchen that mass produces high-quality pastries for our restaurants and wholesale production. Our ideal candidate will have high-volume experience, and experience in mass producing made from scratch pastries. This individual needs to be a leader who is comfortable directing a team, and developing procedures and systems for our company as we continue to grow.

Restaurant Pastry Chef Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards for execution
  • Develop and coach the team
  • Manage financial performance while planning & growing the business
Restaurant Pastry Chef Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with pastries
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-quality pastries
  • Experience in high-volume pastry production
  • Ability to adapt and change
