Are you a Project Manager in Construction considering a change? A smaller construction company with a " family style" environment is looking for a Project Manager. Mostly commercial and multi-family residential with projects ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to a few million. Pre-construction and planning through the final closing, you must ensure smooth delivery of the final project to a happy customer within budget and schedule.




Project Manager-Construction Responsibilities:
  • Control and manage personnel, subs, schedules, budgets, and equipment, from pre-construction through final inspection and delivery
  • Create bid packages, scope of work, estimates, schedules, and documents
  • Monitor construction for quality of work, cleanliness, and safety while maintaining costs and schedule
  • Validate invoices for labor and materials for payment
  • Communicate and maintain good relationships with vendors, building officials, engineers, architects, sub-contractors, and customers

Project Manager-Construction Requirements:
  • General computer skills including Microsoft and Microsoft Project (preferred)
  • Valid driver' s license-local travel is required
  • 5 years of related experience
  • College Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with AIA and Consensus documents required
  • OSHA Training or willing to obtain
