Do you have an owner mentality?

Total compensation is anticipated to be between $65-75k a first year, comprised of a base salary, a significant profit share, and an annual bonus based upon an annual performance evaluation score. Successful GMs have been able to grow their businesses, significantly increasing their store s profit shares, resulting in much higher compensation levels!
