We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to add to our very busy machine shop in this area for the shop works primarily with prototype and short-run machining.




Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities

• Inspect machined parts utilizing standard measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, vision system, Faro gauge, and CMM, for in-process and final inspection points
• Oversee certifications and external audits related to QA
• Supervise completion of quality receipt inspections and documentation package

Quality Assurance Manager Qualification

• 3-5 yrs experience in Quality Assurance management
• Experience with and training in GD&T
• CNC machinery environment
• An understanding of ISO 9001 and AS 9100
• Previous work experience in quality control or CMM operations
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and specifications
