Job Description
The Regional Director of Facilities and Maintenance is an integral part of our Executive team. Reporting to the General Managers, this person is essential in creating unforgettable experiences for guests of the resort. Maintaining the quality and safety of all property facilities is of utmost importance.
REginoal Director of Facilities and Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance facilities operations
- Ensure facilities are always well-maintained
- Manage the facilities maintenance team
- Experience with large outdoor spaces
- Oversee facilities budgets, direct routine maintenance, respond to emergencies, manage risk, manage renovations and contractors, oversee security, and conduct site inspections over multiple buildings located on one beautiful campus
- Support physical plant and systems, of main buildings and living units, are frequent
- Manage and supervise a maintenance team that provides 7-day per-week coverage
Regional Director of Facilities and Maintenances Requirements:
- BA/BS in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Property Management
- HVAC, Electrical background
- 5 + years of proven experience in facilities management - hospitality preferred
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
