Looking for a Regional Chef for an established fine dining group with 30 years in the business! Candidates should have 3+ years in a similar role with 5 or more restaurants under their direction. Travel will be required often, so one should be flexible to be on the road as needed. Fine dining or polished-casual brands only will be considered. Our Regional Chefs are accomplished in training and development, executing LTO' s and new item or menu roll-outs, financially savvy throughout the P&L, new store opening experience, excellent knowledge in steps of service, and overall inspiring great results as leaders.

Position Details:
  • Traveling chef with 5+ stores under their direction
  • Must work out of our home office, not remote
