Our long-standing successful international fast-casual chain is seeking to add a Restaurant Area Manager to our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of QSR/Fast Food senior-level management skills, the natural ability to lead and motivate a team, and proven financial results. Restaurant Area Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead our General Managers toward further operational and financial success
  • Partner with peers and colleagues to strategically lead our organization
  • Focus on results-driven planning and execution to facilitate continued growth
  • Responsible for all financial implications for designated territory
  • Uphold training and brand standards in all capacities

Restaurant Area Manager Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a multi-unit management position with a leading Fast Food/QSR company
  • Impeccable tenure including progressive career experience and stable work history
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed financial metrics in challenging markets and facilitate growth into new markets
  • Responsibility for running between 4 & 7 restaurants while overseeing multiple General Managers
