Our restaurant group is looking for a Restaurant Area Manager to oversee operations in our fast-food franchise locations locally. Restaurant Area Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4 to 6 General Managers to drive sales and profitability for the region
  • Effectively and consistently select, develop and retain top management talent
  • Meet or exceed all financial, service-related, and development goals for the region
  • Exhibit a natural passion for team development with a people-first approach with strong financial acumen

Restaurant Area Manager Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recent QSR multi-unit management experience
  • Solid work history and progression, including no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
  • Proven ability to successfully lead multi-million dollar QSR operations with net positive results
  • Impeccable judgment, integrity, humility, and drive
