• Collaborate with General Manager to promote and participate in local initiatives
• Train, coach, and develop staff to exceed operational goals
• Achieve superior financial results through the management of cost centers

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• A leader with a positive attitude and foster an environment of collaboration and camaraderie
• Minimum 2 years managing full service restaurants
• Prime understanding of food and beverage operations as well as financial management
