Restaurant Assistant General Manager
You must have prior restaurant management and hospitality experience, but our most successful managers have a variety of backgrounds.
- You must have a minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience in high volume Fast Causal
- You must not have more than 2 jobs in past 5 years
- You must be customer service focused
- You must lead, motivate and empower the team.
- You must manage basic tasks including fiscal responsibilities
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict
- You must have an outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and leading others.
- You must recognize problems and problem solve
