Looking for an Assistant Manager that has an entrepreneur mentality, integrity, and ability to develop a team and strong culture! Assistant Managers need to be quick, out-of-the-box thinkers and be confident to make their own decisions. If you have 1-3 years of quick serve or fast casual experience, this may be the right opportunity for you!

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Effectively train and develop the team around them
  • Ensure accurate ordering and delivery
  • Build rapport with new and repeat guests
  • Create a fun, bubbly but professional team-oriented culture
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in the quick serve, fast casual segment
  • No job hoppers
  • Hands-on and shoulder-to-shoulder training
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Professionalism
Assistant Manager Benefits:
