A respected restaurant group in the Bay area that offers one of California's top "burger joints" is looking for a high-energy, hands-on Restaurant Assistant Manager for new store openings later this year. With 12 locations throughout the Bay area, and growing, we have developed a great following with our guests, and offer a great work/life balance for our teams.

Fast Casual Restaurant Assistant Manager requirements:
  • Tenured Experience: 1 to 2 years of Restaurant Management experience is ideal, and will consider a more green Manager who is willing to learn
  • Background: Broad segment experience is preferred - a mix of quick serve, fast casual and full service - some corporate experience for systems - exclusive full service is not a fit
  • Traits: strong leader, open to learn, seeking growth, driven, outgoing, professional, high energy
  • Skills: strong financial acumen, able to drive business growth, systems, tech, team development
  • Commute: East Bay and the City
Fast Casual Restaurant Assistant Manager benefits package:
  • Base of $53,000-$57,000, depending on experience, plus aggressive bonus of $5,000 to $8,000 per year, paid monthly, all-in from $54,000 to $64,000 or more
  • Base compensation based on a 45 hour work week and is paid hourly
