Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Coaching teams to success on a daily basis
• Adhering to and teaching all food safety/sanitation policies and procedures
• Training and recognition of team accomplishments!
• Working in tandem with the General Manager to achieve business goals

Restaurant Manager Qualifications Include:

• Relative management experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The desire to help improve your community
• Ability to organize, plan and execute day-to-day goals
